Job Title: IT SharePoint Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT SharePoint Analyst to join our specialized SharePoint/Web team within the IT department. Our focus is on implementing forthcoming capabilities across cloud-based applications, leveraging the latest Microsoft tools to advance our business functions.
1. Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve business objectives.
2. Coordinate and supervise team activities as needed.
3. Take ownership of and resolve complex technical problems within your specialty.
4. Prioritize work to deliver solutions for incidents, problems, change requests, and projects, meeting Service Level Agreements.
5. Analyze requirements with the business and design and deliver solutions accordingly.
6. Support migration projects when required.
7. Translate business requirements into solution frameworks and architectures.
8. Collaborate with business experts and technical teams to resolve incidents and problems.
9. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
10. Work independently on complex tasks.
11. Coordinate and review code development.
12. Obtain business acceptance for all deliverables.
13. Ensure solutions adhere to internal and external standards.

Candidate Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have experience in IT web technology roles, excellent communication skills, and strong web development skills with the ability to understand business needs and identify suitable web solutions.
