Responsibilities in your new role as Senior HR Officer In this exciting role, you will partner closely with the operational leadership team to support the entire employee lifecycle from attracting and onboarding skilled talent to driving engagement and supporting career development. Youll play a key part in implementing HR policies and initiatives that not only keep the organisation compliant but also foster a safe, positive, and high-performing culture across the sites. Youll help design and deliver training programmes, support employee relations, and contribute to talent acquisition strategies that bring in the right people for a demanding and fast-moving environment. Your personality, experience and qualifications To thrive in this role, you should hold a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, with CIPD Level 3 or higher preferred. Youll bring proven HR experience, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing, or production setting, where youve gained exposure to employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR projects. A strong understanding of UK employment law is essential, along with the confidence to engage with employees on the shop floor and leaders in the boardroom. Youll need to be approachable, solutions-focused, and capable of building strong, trusted relationships across diverse teams.
