We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our on‑site team, specialising in new or used car sales. The role involves delivering first‑class customer service and driving the sales pipeline.

Permanent, full time
Salary
OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus a company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Hours
44 hours per week: Monday‑Friday 08:30‑18:00, Saturday 09:00‑17:00 & Sunday 11:00‑15:00 (one day off in the week and weekends on rota basis)
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via email, telephone and in person
* Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer needs
* Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
* Negotiate the final price for the sale
* Complete the relevant paperwork for each sale
* Liaise with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all customers
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred, but not essential
* Strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive sector
* Full UK driving licence (expect to drive high‑end vehicles)
