What You Will Do You will be based in the Main Kitchen at Ayrshire Central Hospital providing in excess of 600 x patient prepared and cooked meals every day, including therapeutic diets to patients, as well as meal services for staff and visitors. In addition we cater and provide hospitality for meetings and functions. Your duties include the preparation, cooking and service of meals including any preparation of therapeutic diets when required. Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, recording and monitoring of data for HACCP and the Environmental Health. All preferred candidates must attend a Corporate Induction program before commencement of employment, and thereafter ongoing program of Mandatory & Statutory training. An elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
