Part time hours will also be considered. The HR Administrator will be responsible for the administration of many day-to-day HR functions; including recruitment, referencing, HR management system, and absence recording. They will ensure all employment law responsibilities are adhered to in recruitment, employment and disciplinary matters. The post holder will be expected to act as support for HR function across The Message Family. We are looking to the HR Administrator to be responsible for recruitment checks, safeguarding checks and retention of all volunteers.
