About the role:
* Respond to customer requests efficiently and professionally
* Support the Meeting and Events Manager with administrative tasks and diary management
* Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
* Maintain manual filing systems
* Manage market segment databases
* Coordinate and execute direct mailings as instructed
* Assist with corporate hospitality events
* Conduct market research and telesales campaigns as needed
* Prepare sales packs and manage stationary and brochure supplies
* Achieve sales targets set by management
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Manager
