Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint a Site Manager for a new development in Spennymoor. This development is predominantly open market sale with a small percentage of HA plots. The houses are traditional build, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom plots. The ideal candidate will have experience managing volume house building developments and will of worked closely with the NHBC. Roles & Responsibilities * Management of the build programme * Management and oversight of trades & sub-contractors * Inductions * RAMS * H&S * NHBC Liaison * Liaise with Sales * Contracts Manager updates * Ensuring the plots are delivered on time You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card. Along with the above relevant experience in volume house building.
