Your new role
As HR Manager, you'll lead a talented HR team and be responsible for aligning UK HR practices with global strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational performance.
Key Focus Areas
* Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
* Champion a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Guide change management efforts and support organisational transformation.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Localise and implement global HR strategies to meet UK business needs.
* Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all people matters.
* Oversee payroll, HR analytics, and employment law compliance.
* Oversee recruitment, talent development, and employer branding initiatives.
* Lead HR projects and digital transformation efforts.
* Promote diversity, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven HR leadership experience within complex or international settings.
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Skilled in using integrated HR technologies to streamline processes and support data-driven decisions.
* Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent).
* Comfortable being onsite daily during the initial bedding-in phase.
