Freelance Site Manager - Cambridge
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in construction and looking for your next freelance opportunity in Cambridge? We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to oversee exciting new projects.
What you'll bring:
* Significant experience as a Site Manager in the white-collar construction sector.
* All valid tickets (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, etc.) are essential.
* A current Enhanced DBS certificate is a must-have.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to health and safety regulations.
What you'll do:
* Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
* Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain excellent working relationships.
* Implement and enforce high standards of quality control and health and safety.
* Problem-solve effectively and make crucial decisions under pressure.
