Overview
You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a start window between 8:30 and 09:00 and finish between 17:00 and 17:30. We are flexible with shift patterns.
As our new HR Administrator, duties will include:
Responsibilities
* Provide general HR administrative support within a defined service line (predominantly Health in Justice) and to the wider Health Care division in accordance with business requirements
* Be responsible for accurately maintaining all records of the HR Information System for the entirety of the employee life cycle – from start to leave and beyond
* Work on new starter administration including processing and notifying starters, leavers and variations to the payroll department in accordance with monthly deadlines and generate any necessary associated correspondence (contract changes and variations)
* Be involved with process improvement, compliance updates and other project work as required

* Be a motivated, enthusiastic team-player with demonstrable administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, able to work to challenging deadlines
* Have relevant experience or an interest in HR – an excellent opportunity to start or grow your HR career
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with good multi-tasking and prioritisation skills; able to work autonomously as well as in a team

This is a full-time position, with an annual salary of £29,909.50 per annum.
