We are a family business operating a poultry and meat cutting site based in the heart of Bradford, serving the wholesale, retail and hospitality sectors. With extensive growth, we now need a Sales Executive to help stabilize sales of slow‑moving products and generate new sales.
Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £33,500
Type: Permanent (Full‑time)
Seniority level: Entry level
Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate ability to sell a wide range of products and stabilize sales of slow‑moving products.
* Generate new sales and identify new avenues of sales.
* Negotiate or renegotiate new prices.
* Work within strict deadlines and adapt to cancellations or diversification of orders.
* Collaborate closely with production manager and dispatching team.
* Work with purchasing and accounts teams to identify best/base price.
* Self‑motivated to ensure constant circulation of slow‑moving products.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of one year experience in a sales capacity.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strict time management and adherence to deadlines.
