Maitland Selwyn are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client – a respected and growing homebuilder – for an experienced New Home Sales Executive to join their successful team in Bridlington.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual with a background in new home or property sales. You will be the face of the development, guiding buyers through the process from initial enquiry to handover day – ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for potential buyers
* Conduct viewings and provide detailed information on available properties
* Support customers throughout the buying process
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and the site team to ensure timely completions
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the development
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in New Home Sales or Residential Property Sales is essential
* A professional, proactive, and approachable demeanour
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A full UK driving licence and your own transport is required
