Purpose of Role:
The successful candidate will be supporting the Response Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will be operating within a fast-paced environment. This role will assist tradesmen onsite with daily works, providing a first-class service to our customer.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the completion of work on both unoccupied and occupied properties.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a professional and respectful service is delivered to both clients and residents.
* Carry out tasks such as kerb laying, flagging, and other related groundwork activities.
* Install, repair, and maintain fencing systems.
* Construct blockwork structures as required.
* Perform concrete work, including pouring, leveling, and finishing.
* Handle and secure building materials, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and placement.
* Operate a variety of equipment and machinery, both light and heavy, according to the specific needs of the job site.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work site, ensuring it is left in a safe and tidy condition at the end of each workday.
Experience
* Ability to demonstrate relevant experience
* Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service.
* Valid CSR Card
* Access NI clearance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
