We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a large industrial project.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate site activities
*
Manage subcontractors to maintain programme and quality targets
*
Maintain site health & safety standards at all times
*
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and specialist trades
*
Support final stages of project handover and client expectations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience delivering industrial / shed schemes
*
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
*
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification essential
*
Eye for detail, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills
*
Ability to push progress while maintaining top-quality workmanship
