About The Role

Hours: 30 hours per week

About the role:
The Cook will provide, manage and develop a high quality catering service for the people they support, operate a safe, professional and cost effective catering service complying with all statutory requirements.
To provide a high quality food catering service within the allocated budget, whilst promoting healthy eating and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in partnership with the wider staff team.
* Prepare and cook a variety of meals to meet the dietary needs and preferences of the people we support
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
* Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
* Monitor stock levels and place orders
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
About you
Good attention to detail with a passion for keeping busy, you will enjoy working in a busy kitchen that provides excellent meals and snacks to residents with learning disabilities and autism.
