Inbound Sales Executive, London

The Convene Sales Team is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join the Inbound Sales Team in London. In this role, you will support efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base by identifying and engaging prospective clients and providing personalized solutions to meet sales goals. The Sales Executive will report to the Head of Inbound Sales, UK.
What You’ll Do:
1. Drive revenue through qualifying inbound opportunities and maintaining excellent client and agency relationships.
2. Provide daily updates on sales opportunities and pipeline to the Head of Inbound Sales.
3. Qualify inbound inquiries and handle them professionally according to standard procedures.
4. Convert inquiries for groups of 30 or fewer for Meetings, Training & Events, including processing bookings and attending site visits as needed.
5. Ensure inquiries for groups of 30 or more are directed to the appropriate seller or account owner.
6. Support team management and reporting by maintaining accurate CRM data.
7. Develop strong relationships with sales colleagues and venue/operations teams.
8. Optimize conversion rates for new and existing business.
9. Maintain extensive knowledge of all venue locations within the portfolio.
10. Ensure 100% accuracy in CRM data entry.
11. Manage venue/hub administration related to channel management and booking checks.
12. Work from a central office location.
