An outstanding Solihull school is looking for an HR manager to join their team.
Requirements
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 7 or higher would be highly desirable)
* Strong background in employee relations (ER) and HR data reporting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience within an education or trust environment would be a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on HR data reporting, including gender pay gap, apprenticeship, and EDI metrics
* Manage disciplinary, grievance, and capability casework across the Trust
* Provide expert advice and support to school leaders and HR colleagues on complex HR matters
* Collaborate closely with school-based HR administrators and the payroll team
* Act as Deputy to the Executive Head of HR
