As the only nationwide organisation focused on local Zakat collection and distribution, the charity is empowering communities and building a fairer society. With over a decade of service, the charity ensures that every pound of Zakat supports people in need while connecting givers and recipients in a shared mission.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal time to join the charity. We are looking for a strategic and operational HR leader to strengthen the people and culture function. You will lead on developing and implementing a progressive HR strategy, embedding best practice across all areas – from employee relations and L&D to compliance and performance management – while fostering a values-led, faith-aligned and high-performing culture. 1 day a week in the London office.
