This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a truly supportive HR function, where you'll play a key role in managing complex employee relations matters and driving best practice across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead on a wide range of complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to partners and senior stakeholders. Support the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives in line with the firm’s strategic goals. Assist with policy development and ensure compliance with employment legislation and firm policies. Coach and support junior HR team members, fostering development and knowledge sharing. About You: A HR Manager (or Senior HR Advisor ready to step up) with strong ER experience in a professional services or legal environment. Confident managing high-stakes ER issues and influencing senior leaders. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practice. Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills. Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, agile environment.
