Internal Recruiter – 6-Month FTC Crawley (Hybrid – 3 days office based)
£40,000 pro rata

We’re supporting a fast-paced international business in the media, events and digital space who are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join them on a 6-month fixed term basis.
You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team during a busy period of hiring — helping manage roles across commercial, marketing, events, digital and operations. You’ll need to be confident running a full recruitment process end-to-end and keeping everything organised.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer stage
* Partnering with hiring managers to shape and deliver effective recruitment strategies
* Writing and posting engaging adverts, screening applicants and managing pipelines
* Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
* Coordinating interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience
* Providing market insight and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
* Strong recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
* Background in a smaller or mid-sized business (up to ~1,500 employees)
* Confident working without heavy process
* Experience across media, events or digital sectors preferred
* Organised, proactive and able to hit the ground running
* International recruitment exposure a bonus
