We are looking for an experienced and motivated Patient Catering Manager to join our team at King's College Hospital. This full-time role (40 hours per week, 5 days over 7) offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient catering services within a busy healthcare environment.

The Ideal Candidate
We're seeking someone who brings:
Proven Experience: Strong background in Soft FM management, ideally within healthcare or a similar environment.
Leadership: Inspiring leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in liaising with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
Results-Driven Mindset: A focus on quality, efficiency, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Compliance Knowledge: Sound understanding of company policies, procedures, and client agreements.
IT Skills: Proficient use of MS Office and email systems.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Manage Operations: Oversee the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality patient catering services across the contract.
Build Client Relationships: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
Plan Resources: Allocate and plan resources strategically to ensure first-class service delivery.
Lead Teams: Recruit, train, develop, and manage team members to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold all company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
Manage Finances: Meet financial targets with a strong commercial approach, managing both income and cost objectives.
