Overview
Vertu Volvo Truro is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team. You will represent a prestigious automotive brand, guiding customers through a premium car-buying experience from first contact to final handshake.
This role offers a basic salary of £25,000 with the opportunity to earn significant commission, delivering earnings well in excess of the on-target level of £48,000. You will work a 40-hour week (five 8-hour shifts), including most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), with a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays.
We provide full training and a thorough onboarding program to help you succeed and maximise your earning potential.

* Guide customers through the end-to-end car buying journey, from initial contact to final handover.
* Deliver a seamless and enjoyable customer experience aligned with the Vertu Volvo Truro standards.
* Represent a premium automotive brand and uphold high quality and innovation in customer interactions.
* Achieve and strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
Qualifications
* Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Full UK driver’s licence (Manual and Automatic)
