Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager to oversee on-site operations for a live public sector project. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in healthcare or hospital construction environments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor site activities in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate teams and subcontractors to meet project timelines and specifications.
Review and approve RAMS/SSOW and ensure adherence to required standards.
Monitor costs, quality, and progress; report regularly.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong stakeholder communication.Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in construction site management, ideally in live public sector environments (e.g., hospitals or healthcare).
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.Contract Details:
Day Rate: Starting from £300 per day (dependent on experience).
Duration: Initial 6 months.
