About the Role
We are looking for a results-focused Sales Executive to join our conveyancing team. This is a highly target-driven role, responsible for converting leads into instructions and generating new matters.
The successful candidate will manage incoming enquiries, make proactive outbound calls, and build strong relationships with introducers and referrers to ensure a consistent pipeline of work. You will be working as part of a sales team where performance against set targets is closely measured and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling incoming sales calls and converting enquiries into new instructions.
* Making proactive outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads.
* Responding promptly and professionally to email enquiries to secure new business.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with introducers, referrers, and partners.
* Recording and tracking leads to ensure full follow-up and conversion.
* Achieving individual and team targets on a consistent basis.
* Contributing to a performance-driven culture where results are measured and celebrated.
About You
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead conversion is essential.
* Proven track record of working in a target-driven environment.
* Professional telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
* Highly motivated, resilient, and results-orientated with a competitive edge.
* Organised and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
