Very Displays Ltd are one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of portable display solutions in the UK. We are looking for proactive professionals who are eager to achieve targets to strengthen our sales team.
Responsibilities
As a sales executive you will be responsible for a number of tasks. You will maintain strong relationships with your customers whilst providing industry leading service levels. You will also be responsible for identifying and securing new business with the support of the external sales representatives.
* To take incoming calls and enquiries from customers
* To make pro-active, outbound calls to build relationships with existing customers
* To secure new business regularly through identifying and contacting industry leads
* To have an open line of communication with the production and warehouse teams
* To quote customers on services accurately, efficiently and promptly
* To gain excellent product knowledge through on-site training and become an expert on Very Displays services
* To be able to think independently and develop your own strategies to hit sales targets
* To offer industry leading service levels and demonstrate excellent conflict resolution skills
* To report to the Sales Team Leader and have a good working relationship with the External Sales Managers
* Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
* To be comfortable and confident with making and taking phone calls
* Strong knowledge of B2B sales
* Good IT knowledge with experience using CRM software
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
* Excellent telephone manner and verbal/written communication
* The ability to work well within a team and within a fast paced environment
Package
* £26,000 Annual salary + Uncapped bonus scheme
