Glen Oaks Housing Association owns and manages approximately 1500 properties in Arden, Darnley, Pollok, Old Darnley, Regents Park and Southpark Village. The role is based in Glasgow.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit processes
* Support employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and timely outcomes
* Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records
* Co-ordinate training, development and performance review processes

* Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Commitment to continuous improvement
