Role Purpose
Working specifically on the Dwr Cymru Welsh Water M&E Delivery Frameworks, managing water industry construction and engineering projects. This role ensures full CDM compliance across sites and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced M&E Site Managers and Construction Managers.
Through your experience and training, there is a clear progression pathway towards becoming a full site manager.

The Role
This is a contracted position of 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
1. Assist in managing M&E installations in accordance with company health & safety standards.
2. Ensure all items are installed to the highest standards.
3. Follow and promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment.
4. Demonstrate Bridges’ values when interacting with peers, staff, customers, and clients.
* Experience working in an M&E or construction environment.
* Site health and safety card.
* Appropriate trade certificate/qualification.
* Good client management and communication skills.
* Fit for work medical.
Desirable Qualifications
* Relevant M&E or construction qualification.
* SMSTS certification.
* Black Card CSCS.
* Water industry experience.
* EUSR accreditation.
* IPAF, PASMA, confined space training.
