Customer Service Manager
Location: Leeds (Office-based)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and develop a team within a successful and long-established manufacturing business.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll oversee the Customer Service, Account Management, and Shipping functions - ensuring teams work seamlessly together to deliver exceptional service and on-time fulfilment. This is a hands-on role where structure, communication, and attention to detail are key.
You’ll bring strong leadership and organisational skills, the ability to balance people and process, and a drive to continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate Customer Service, Account Management, and Shipping teams.

Oversee order processing and delivery to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Build strong internal collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Production.

Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

Drive process improvements and implement best practices.

Support team development through coaching and feedback.

Experienced in customer service or operations management within manufacturing or distribution.

Excellent communication and organisational ability.

Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
