Whether you're running a standalone Express site, a petrol filling station (PFS), or a small format supermarket, you'll lead from the front, set the tone, and build a workplace everyone is proud of.
Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service with heart

* Manage cost control, stock processes, pricing strategy and profit drivers
