Are you a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to take ownership of a critical function during an exciting period of growth and change.

Job Description

This is not your typical customer service management role - it combines people leadership with operational oversight and the opportunity to influence how the business works with some of its most important clients. The right person will bring fresh energy, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to ensure both the team and the wider business succeed.What you'll be doing:
