Recruiter responsibilities include:
* Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers, reviewing organization plans and following objectives
* Build applicant pool by researching and contacting various candidate sources
* Assist with the hiring process of caregivers: processing applications, background screening, interviewing and reference validation
* Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals
The ideal candidate will have:
* Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
* One to three years of related recruiting or human resources experience and/or training
* Advanced knowledge of non-medical home care or healthcare industry
* Outstanding relationship building and leadership skills
* Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
