Job Title: Site Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance
Location: National Projects - Fully Expensed Travel
Sector: Light Gauge Steel Construction

Are you an experienced LGSF Site Manager?
Do you want to work for a business who are backed by a large multi-national manufacturer?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-funded national contractor who are delivering projects across the UK for a tier 1 contractor and developer client base including selected projects being delivered as principal contractor. Projects can include; student accommodations, hotels, apartments & housing.

You will drive progress on site and be responsible for accurate reporting, materials management, sub-contractor supervision and client relations. Unlike many companies in their sector, this business is not restricted to supply and install contracts. With an entrepreneurial leadership team, this contractor has the diversity to work as sub contractor (supply and install) through to full turn key main contractor - so you can expect a variety of projects and opportunities!

We would welcome conversations with Site Managers who:

1. Have an extensive background in managing LGSF projects
2. Are able to manage teams of sub-contractors on site
3. Can read from construction drawings and provide technical feedback
