Job Description

Are you ready to join the kitchen team at I bis Styles Barnsley hotel? We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cook to help us deliver high quality meals to our guests.

This part-time role offers 26 hours per week , with pay of up to £12.71 per hour depending on age.

The Role

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard while supporting the smooth running of the kitchen. Working as part of a small team, you will help ensure consistency, cleanliness and efficiency during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes in line with menu standards
• Maintain high levels of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment
• Assist with stock control and reduce waste

About You

• At least 1 year experience in a kitchen environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
