You will manage change as operational processes evolve and ensure a strong, inclusive HR culture is communicated across your centres.

* Employee Relations and Engagement: Build trust, monitor employee engagement, maintain satisfaction, and drive improvements.
* Performance and Talent Management: Coach and develop team members, oversee succession planning, and support upskilling initiatives.
* Generalist HR: Lead and motivate your team, ensure results delivery, and balance commercial acumen with pragmatic leadership.
You will manage a small team across two sites, collaborating with operational leaders to promote organizational health. You will also be part of the Regional senior leadership team in the East Midlands.
