Site Manager Position
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee all aspects of site activities across projects in ~Yorkshire, the Midlands, and North East England. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policies, and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage contracts and ensure compliance with NEC 3 and 4, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
2. Prepare pre-start documentation, including RAMS, contracts, and programs.
3. Plan and allocate resources in collaboration with the Delivery Director.
4. Oversee daily site operations, manage site operatives and subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance.
5. Complete necessary paperwork such as briefings and safety talks.
6. Handle weekly paperwork and ensure all permits are obtained.
7. Source materials and coordinate timely deliveries to meet project schedules.
8. Produce quality assurance documentation and assist with as-built drawings.
9. Create two-week look-ahead programs and maintain daily site diaries.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. CSCS Managers Card Level 6 or above.
2. CPCS Lift Supervisor and Slinger Signaller certifications.
3. SMSTS certification.
4. Cat & Genny training.
5. First Aid at Work (3-day course).
6. EUSR Blue Card.
7. Fire Marshall certification.
8. Confined Spaces (Medium Risk) City & Guilds.
9. Ability to obtain security clearance within 6 months.
