Are you a passionate customer service leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact? This growing distribution business is seeking a driven Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service function and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
The Role
As Customer Service Manager, you will:
1. Lead, support and develop a high-performing Customer Service Team
2. Be a key ambassador for the brand, maintaining reputation and customer satisfaction
3. Oversee order processing, inbound communications and CRM management
4. Track, analyse and report on Customer Service KPIs to drive team success
5. Identify retention opportunities and support account growth through proactive engagement
6. Manage escalations, courier partner relationships and delivery performance
7. Provide sales support to Key Accounts and nurture inbound leads
8. Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance service efficiency & customer loyalty
About You
You will bring:
9. 3 years' experience in a customer service role within a small business environment
10. B2B distribution experience (advantageous)
11. Strong CRM and order management skills; Sage 50 experience beneficial
12. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
13. Ability to multitask and remain organised under pressure in a fast-moving environment
14. Confidence working with data - Excel proficiency is essential
15. Languages such as French, German, Spanish or Italian would be a bonus!
