We’re looking for a Business Developer to join our 6-person Client Acquisition Team (CAT 🐱). Our approach is different from standard sales:
* No solo KPIs - team goals only
* Collaboration first - every opportunity is handled in pairs (tech + business)
* Smart outreach- events, talks, and strategic marketing support instead of cold calling
* Full-cycle involvement - from the first hello to project delivery and long-term client partnerships
What you’ll do👇🏼
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Represent Applifting at events and networking opportunities
* Lead proposals and negotiations, ensuring win–win outcomes
* Collaborate closely with tech leads and architects on tailored solutions
* Manage CRM and follow up on leads systematically
* Support existing clients as a key partner throughout the project lifecycle
What we’re looking for👀
* Experience in IT/digital products and an understanding of the project lifecycle
* Orientation towards the UK market
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset
* Fluent English (German is a plus)
* Willingness to travel occasionally
* Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
