The Role:
Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000
Location: London – Hybrid working
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
* Full responsibility for the full spectrum of HR
* Driving performance management, frameworks, and policies
* Lead on complex ER cases, grievances, and conflict resolution
* Design and deliver robust performance management systems and support line managers with appraisals and development planning
* Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives to attract and retain top talent
* Ensure legal compliance and up-to-date HR policies aligned with UK employment law and health & safety regulations
* Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
* Advise the leadership team with date-driven HR insights and workforce planning strategies
What is the company looking for?
* 5+ years’ experience in a Senior HR Role, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
* Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and H&S practices
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
* Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the natural ability to influence and build trust
