This mobile role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys connecting with diverse groups, and wants to make a real impact on community health and wellbeing. You’ll be delivering classes such as aerobics, strength training, yoga, dance fitness, or chair-based exercise—tailored to the needs of each group. These can be planned around your qualifications. Whether it’s a local hall, school, care home, or outdoor park, you’ll bring motivation and movement wherever it’s needed most. Key Responsibilities Travel to designated venues within the community to deliver scheduled fitness classes. Plan and lead safe, effective, and enjoyable sessions for participants of varying ages and abilities. Build rapport with participants and encourage long-term engagement in physical activity. Adapt sessions to suit different environments and group needs. Maintain accurate attendance records and provide feedback to the central team. Ensure all equipment is used safely and responsibly. Promote upcoming sessions and support local health initiatives. What We’re Looking For Certified fitness instructor (e.g., Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, or equivalent). Experience delivering group fitness classes in community settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Due to the nature of the role applicants must have access to their own vehicle and be able to travel independently. This is essential as the position involves visiting multiple sites across the region, where public transport may not be practical or available.
