Job Description
* Develop and manage relationships with architects, contractors, and key stakeholders.
* Provide technical support and product expertise during all project phases.
* Identify and win new business opportunities across healthcare and custodial sectors.
* Manage projects from initial enquiry through to design, specification, and installation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
* Conduct presentations, CPDs, and product demonstrations to promote solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and client interactions.
The Successful Applicant
* Some experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (construction experience helpful but not essential).
* Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Eagerness to learn technical products and how to present solutions.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets.

* Base salary of £35,000, with an on-target earning (OTE) potential of £50,000.
