Job Description
Amazon India is seeking a detail- and result-oriented candidate to join the Co-op program team in Bangalore. As part of this team, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning and executing on-site and off-site marketing properties/services, and leading operational functions for Strategic Brand Services offered to brands against Co-op investments.

The Marketing Associate will ensure high standards in customer and brand experience, working closely with teams across Amazon such as Events, Homepage, Categories, Traffic, XCM, Design, etc., to identify monetizable opportunities, create compelling propositions for brands, and oversee content execution across emails, home pages, category pages, and other site pages. Responsibilities include merchandising, performance reporting, managing operations for Strategic Brand Services, creating dashboards, and supporting Co-op initiatives. Collaboration with stakeholders across operations, category teams, RBS, sales, and analytics is essential to drive operational improvements and automation. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, operational management experience, and excellent cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate must think and act both strategically and tactically, demonstrating:

• Strategic Campaign Management
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution, design, and optimization to enhance customer and brand experience
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams and communicating with Category Managers and program teams
• Bias for action and prioritization skills
• Ability to analyze data and metrics
• Independence in managing key deliverables

• Analytics & Reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools
• Generate performance reports for leadership
• Use data-driven insights to inform strategies
• Monitor operational metrics for trends and opportunities
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to learn in-house tools quickly

• Program Operations
• Oversee daily operational activities
• Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
• Implement process improvements
• Measure program effectiveness

Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams for monetization initiatives, managing marketing communications, analyzing traffic metrics, learning merchandising tools, supporting event planning and content creation, managing data repositories, and driving process improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Prior on-site merchandising experience and advanced Excel skills
