As well as providing an immersive experience through the day to day offer, there is the opportunity to work with Property Group colleagues to explore relevant programming and to develop our work with community groups.
You’ll be line managing a Service Team Member, and be Volunteer Manager for a passionate volunteer team, ensuring everyone feels welcome on site.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the site, including collections care, cleaning and interpretation, supported by the Property Group’s Collections & House team.
You will also work closely with the Property Group’s Head Gardener to ensure the garden is well maintained and presented.
