We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a care home extension project based in Anglesey. This is a freelance contract role suited to a strong No.1 Manager with experience delivering extension or refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day site operations ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
* Oversee subcontractors, site teams and material deliveries
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
* Coordinate works within a live care environment, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff
* Liaise with clients, consultants and senior management
* Manage programme, site documentation and reporting
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on extension/refurbishment projects (care home or healthcare experience desirable)
* Valid SMSTS
* Valid First Aid at Work
* Valid CSCS Card
* Strong knowledge of UK construction H&S legislation
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
Salary: Negotiable DOE
