A large, high-performing 11–18 secondary school in Solihull is seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join its busy central operations team from January 2026.
The Role
Working within a well-structured HR office, you will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:
* Preparing job adverts, shortlisting packs and interview schedules
* Managing safer recruitment processes (DBS, references, identity & right-to-work checks)
* Maintaining accurate digital and paper personnel files
* Supporting with absence reporting and return-to-work documentation
* Assisting with onboarding, induction and probation administration
* Providing first-line HR guidance to staff and managers
