Fierté Multi-Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a Trust HR Manager for the Fierté Trust. This is a busy and varied role but one that requires someone who is able to lead and manage Trust HR administration, providing support across the Trust. In addition to fulfilling the Person Specification, the successful candidate will: ➢ Have a knowledge of relevant HR policies/ practices and external regulations. ➢ Good attention to detail. ➢ Good interpersonal skills. ➢ Good ICT skills. ➢ Ability to work independently and take initiative. ➢ Ability to maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and integrity. ➢ Ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding Trust roles and responsibilities and their own position within these. ➢ Good organising, planning, and prioritising skills. ➢ Ability to relate well to adults and children.
