Morson are working with the UK's Leading Aerospace Manufacturer who are looking for a Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join the team and to be based at the Derby site.
Supply Chain Management
Monitoring supplier performance.
Conducting load and capacity analysis.
Assessing rate readiness.
Managing supply chain intelligence.
Overseeing transfer of work.
Coordinating design change industrialisation.
Quality Management
Correcting non-conformities, including Events, SARI, QSR, and Concessions.
Implementing and managing APQP and the quality improvement plan (SQIP) to prevent issues.
Risk Management
Identifying and assessing risks.
Developing and executing mitigation plans.
Ensuring governance of risk management processes.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong stakeholder management abilities.
Industrial background and understanding of aerospace industry culture.
Proficiency in data analysis and synthetic reporting.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Experience in crisis and recovery management.
Basic project management knowledge.
