This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic HR Administrators to join the National CT Policing network, supporting the strategic aims of the HR functions. The HR Administrator will provide administrative support across the HR team, focusing on their respective functions during a demanding period.

Salary – £31,880 – £34,108
Responsibilities
* Vetting
Provide administrative support to CTP London vetting activities. Support vetting cases from start to finish, ensure quality assurance checks on HR data, register cases on the vetting portal, and record updates and results accurately. Respond to queries from applicants and managers.
* Talent and Attraction
Assist with internal and external recruitment events across the CT Network to attract high-quality candidates. Support initiatives like apprenticeships and graduate schemes.
* Service Delivery
Manage recruitment activities for CTP, process routine paperwork, keep records updated, and collate management information monthly. Respond to ad hoc requests for information and advice related to secondment/attachment arrangements.
