A super opportunity has arisen for a car SALES EXECUTIVE to represent when of the UK’s most well-known, popular brands!
A typical day will involve:
* Welcoming customers to the dealership, understanding their needs, establishing their budget, and providing vehicle information.
* Demonstrating and explaining vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives.
* Negotiating the price, including any trade-in value and selling additional products such as accessories or warranties.
* Discussing customer’s financing requirements, and tailoring solutions.
* Ensuring the showroom and used car display are kept clean and tidy to create a positive first impression.
* Liaising with customers after a sale to ensure their satisfaction and keep them updated on their order.
* Identifying new leads through online research, social media, and relationship building with existing and potential customers.
Ideally, you’ll have previous car sales experience. However, this is NOT essential. If you’re a proactive, well-presented team player who has good customer interaction skills and can demonstrate success in another physical sales or customer services role, you are very much encouraged to apply.
Key skills must include:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence negotiating sales to maximise volume and profitability.
* An interest and general knowledge of motor vehicles.
* The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
* Confidence with IT / software to enable the use of digital platforms and production of customer bespoke video-walkarounds.
* A willingness to undergo training including accreditation to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Working 43.5 hours per week you’ll have use of a brand company vehicle and can expect a rewarding salary / bonus package.
