Our well-established client, based in Bedlington is recruiting for an Administrator on a temporary basis, starting immediately.
Temporary HR Administrator Responsibilities
* Handling correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail
* Maintaining records, files, and databases
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Coordinating meetings, including agendas and minutes
* Ensuring all RTW and other documents are in place for new employees
* Managing office supplies and equipment
* Supporting staff and management with administrative tasks
* Working independently and as part of a team
* Managing an inbox
Temporary HR Administrator Requirements
* Experience in administration
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* HR experience (beneficial)
* Available immediately
* IT literate including MS office (word and basic excel)
Temporary HR Administrator Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30
* Friday, 08:00 – 13:00
* Site based
