Job Description – Labourer (Ceiling Removal Project) – Immediate Start
We are currently looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to assist with a ceiling removal project, supporting joiners on-site. This role offers an immediate start from Monday.
Position Details:
* Job Title: Labourer
* Pay Rate: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
* Location: UnEaton
* Start Date: Monday – Immediate Start
* Hours: 08:00am – 8:00pm (12-hour shifts)
* CSCS Requirement: Valid CSCS Card essential
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assisting joiners with the safe removal of ceilings
* General labouring tasks, including handling materials and site preparation
* Clearing and disposing of waste materials into skips
* Loading and unloading materials and equipment as required
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Following instructions from site supervisors and joiners
* Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Reporting any site issues or hazards to the site manager
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card – essential
Full PPE required
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
Previous experience in similar labouring roles preferred
Punctual, hardworking, and able to work long shifts
